ESG Policy
Regulatory Sustainability Disclosures at Entity Level
Fox Investments Malta Ltd (the “AIFM”) is an alternative investment fund manager and therefore a financial market participant within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 on sustainability‑related disclosures in the financial services sector (“SFDR”). This page sets out our website disclosures at entity level (Articles 3, 4, and 5 SFDR). We currently do not make available any financial products under Article 8 or Article 9 SFDR, therefore the Article 10 website product‑level disclosures do not apply to us at this time. We review and update this page as required by SFDR and applicable delegated acts/RTS.
Our current approach
The AIFM does not integrate “sustainability risks” as a distinct input into investment decision‑making beyond its standard financial, operational, legal and compliance risk assessments. For the avoidance of doubt, “sustainability risk” under SFDR is an environmental, social or governance event or condition that, if it occurs, could cause a material negative impact on the value of an investment. At present, given our strategies, asset classes and data availability, we do not apply a dedicated ESG or sustainability risk framework or screens.
We have assessed the nature, scale, and types of products offered and concluded that establishing separate sustainability‑risk methodologies would not provide decision‑useful benefits for our current strategies. We will continue to monitor regulatory developments and market data availability and may revise this position in the future, in which case this page will be updated.
Principal Adverse Impacts (PAIs)
As permitted by Article 4 SFDR, the AIFM does not consider the principal adverse impacts (PAIs) of investment decisions on sustainability factors at the present time. This decision reflects the size, nature and scale of our activities, limitations in data availability and methodological consistency for the specific strategies we manage.
We will keep this position under review and may consider PAIs in the future if and when robust, consistent data and proportionate methodologies become sufficiently available and relevant to our strategies. If our approach changes, we will publish a PAI due‑diligence statement in line with SFDR and applicable RTS.
Remuneration Policy & Sustainability Risks
The AIFM maintains a remuneration policy consistent with sound and effective risk management. As we do not integrate sustainability risks as a distinct input, our remuneration policy does not include specific ESG‑linked metrics or sustainability criteria. Should our integration approach change, we will update our remuneration policy and this disclosure accordingly to reflect how remuneration is consistent with the integration of sustainability risks as required by Article 5 SFDR.
